Registration Policies

• One registration can cover for one accepted paper.
• All conference transactions shall be in US Dollars only.
• All transaction fees should be covered by the remitter, so that the amount EFPM’24 secretarial receives is no lesser than the total due.
• Registration payments must be received by the registration deadline for the rate at which you registered. If payment is not received by the deadline, your paper(s) will be removed from the final program and proceedings.
• Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author attend and present the paper at the conference. Authors of the accepted papers included in the final program who do not attend and present at the conference will be added to a “No Show List”, compiled by the Scientific Committee. The “no show” papers will not be published to all EFPM’24 proceedings indexed by Scopus or other public access forums.
• All registration fees are Non-Refundable, unless in extreme cases (i.e. medical or family emergencies). In such cases, the organizers must be informed prior to the conference start date (by 18 February 2024; Bangkok time). The final decision on refund will be at the discretion of the Organizing Committee.
